Feedback Program

As a teacher or DJ at Burn Blue you may, any time, come to Burn Blue for free….if you fill out a feedback form on a peer’s class or set.

When you are hired, you will be asked to return in the next month to get in for free and give feedback to another teacher or DJ.

Any night you may show up ten minuets before the class / set, ask the host for a form, fill it out, give it directly to your peer with verbal feedback, and get in free!

This program enables you to develop professionally.
As a teacher:

• by observing your peers’ topics, teaching styles, and class management
• receiving personal feedback from peers

As a DJ:

• by hearing your peers music, floor management, transitions, and style
• receiving personal feedback from peers

Let’s get out and start talking. This program is about helping each other constantly improve and showing our Burn Blue teachers and DJs our appreciation for their hard work.
